"It is with regret that I have to write this review of the underhanded dealings of this office, specifically Mariela and Jocelyn. I have owned a home and a vehicle for many years and I decided to shop some local insurance companies to see how their rates compared to my previous company. To get an accurate quote, I sent my Declarations page so that I could compare apples to apples and so that there was a fair comparison. I obtained what I thought was an accurate quote. I paid my bill in full. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for an additional $265 a week later, after my old insurance was canceled and after they had already taken a couple thousand dollars of mine. Be aware that the systems this office is using to quote you are not accurate. Their quotes are not quotes; they're estimates and they need to let people know this before they transition from another company. A quote is a definitive number. An estimate is an approximation. Someone there should let Mariela know the basic difference between these elementary words. For two weeks, I was promised that someone would look into why there was a pricing discrepancy of more than 20% of my quoted policy price. No one called. I called back 3 times with zero answers. Mariela's response, after my third time calling, was to tell me, "We're a big company and you're not going to change how they quote their price. What I can do is give you customer service's number." I never asked to change their system. I asked why there was a 20% difference in my quoted bill and the newly inflated price after only one week of having a policy. Without telling a customer that their quote is actually a very loose estimate that can fluctuate by 25%, it is very reminiscent of a bait & switch. If this is how they're going to treat someone local, someone very close by, I can only imagine what they're willing to do to others much farther away. Beware of this office's incompetence, lack of transparency, and decorum. Needless to say, I will be happily looking for insurance elsewhere in the future."

"Abhorrent customer service! I bought a new car and attempted to add it to my current policy through the app. I worked with Jocelyn the next day and cancelled the policy, started a new policy and paid for it. Two months later and I cannot get a response or call back regarding the refund for the cancelled policy that Jocelyn told me I would be getting. Everytime i call the office, the rep answering the phone cannot help and I'm told to work with Jocelyn who is rarely in tbe office. I'm told they will have her call me back. She never does. I was then told to call customer service to escalate this issue but according to customer service, the agent has to call billing and there is nothing they can do. After two months of no call backs and the inability of this office to give me even an answer, I am livid and i will be moving all of my insurance asap. Everything is fine when they're taking your money through autopay but when you need an answer, there's nothing they can do!"
